We offer flexible schedule and payment options designed to meet the needs of our Mi Casita families. The tuition rates below apply to our Infant, Toddler, and Primary programs.

Making Montessori Education Accessible

We understand that every family’s circumstances are different. If tuition is a concern, we encourage you to speak privately with our administrative team. Whenever possible, we work with families to explore payment arrangements that may better fit their needs. Any special arrangement must be discussed and approved individually.

Tuition Payment Plans

Choose an annual, semi-annual, 10-installment, or year-round 12-installment payment plan. The 10-installment plan covers the regular school year from July through April. The 12-installment plan covers July through June and includes summer programming.

Understanding the 10 and 12 Installment Plans

The 10-installment plan covers the regular school year, with payments from July through April. The 12-installment plan provides year-round programming, with payments from July through June, and includes the regular school year, Standard Summer Camp, Mini Camp, and summer camp registration fees.

Tuition payment plans do not include enrollment or school-year materials fees unless specifically stated.

Enrollment & Additional Fees

These fees support application and enrollment processing, classroom materials, and extended-care services. All fees listed below are charged separately for each child.

The application, enrollment, and re-enrollment fees are non-refundable and are charged per child. The annual materials fee is also charged per child and is divided into two $200 payments.

Summer programming is available separately and is already included for families enrolled in the 12-installment plan.

Payment Information

  • We accept checks, credit cards, Venmo, and cash.
  • Credit-card payments are subject to a 3–5% convenience fee.
  • A 10% sibling discount is available on monthly tuition for an enrolled sibling.
  • Payments received after the fifth calendar day are subject to a $50 late fee.
  • Special payment arrangements may be approved by the Director.
  • Please refer to the official school calendar for specific payment and program dates.
